Material Note
As this bag is made from a soft cactus-based vegan leather material, light creasing may naturally occur during storage, delivery or normal use. This is a normal characteristic of leather-look materials and does not affect the use of the bag.

When your bag arrives, please allow 24–72 hours for any light storage or transit creases to settle. You can help the bag regain its shape by gently stuffing it with tissue paper, packing paper or soft clothing and leaving it upright.

Care Instructions
To keep your bag looking its best:
Store upright when not in use
Lightly stuff the bag to help maintain its shape
Avoid overfilling, as this can stretch the material
Keep away from direct heat, radiators and strong sunlight
Do not iron or apply direct heat to the material
Wipe clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach or alcohol-based cleaners
Keep away from sharp objects that may scratch the surface
If the bag gets wet, gently wipe it dry and allow it to air dry naturally.

Crease Care
If your bag arrives with light creasing from packaging or delivery, this usually softens once the bag is opened, shaped and allowed to rest. We recommend stuffing the bag and leaving it upright for up to 72 hours before first use.
